Lisa’s signature Mindful Living Program, now in its fifth year, is a well-loved and popular weekly class that cultivates kindness, community, and wellbeing for local seniors and senior centers, many of whom have been isolated during the pandemic. Each class weaves mindfulness, breathwork, and practices of positive wellbeing into a direct experience of living one’s very best life.
